Received four fish. One looked almost dead upon arrival , died 12 hrs later.

Another still sick. They haven't sent any emails back since I told them upon arrival fish looked very sick. Took four days for arrival after sent. At least if you promise delivery and charge so much money for delivery then why not faster.

I believe that if the fish arrived overnight , or next day , then maybe the fish would be alive. Such a long time in a bag was too much for them to handle. So if you are reading this some thing phi shy then please just reimburse me for my fish.

If not then just send a replacement. That is good customer service in my opinion .

Monetary Loss: $50.

Wow I am sorry! Keith Titus slanders everyone.

Just make sure you get your money back, reverse the charges on your credit card.

He is a sick person very messed up.

haha it's all Keith Titus trying in vain to defend his shady business! The customer is always right , or in Keith's opinion, the customer is only there to be taken advantage of.

That never takes 4 days. You also say they never reply to your emails.

I have great transactions with this seller and never have they not replied to my emails. You are a liar and obviously have never bought anything from them!

Jason if you know anything about Discus you would know that these are NOT REAL Reviews from real customers. Discus hobbyist all know that Discus are not for beginners.

If you FOLLOW THEIR INSTRUCTIONS YOU WOULD HAVE HEALTHY LIVE FISH!!

They have great fish that always are healthy and I ALWAYS FOLLOW THEIR ACCLIMATION INSTRUCTIONS.

PS Simply discus is owned by their competitors!! Duh.........
