Received four fish. One looked almost dead upon arrival , died 12 hrs later.
Another still sick. They haven't sent any emails back since I told them upon arrival fish looked very sick. Took four days for arrival after sent. At least if you promise delivery and charge so much money for delivery then why not faster.
I believe that if the fish arrived overnight , or next day , then maybe the fish would be alive. Such a long time in a bag was too much for them to handle. So if you are reading this some thing phi shy then please just reimburse me for my fish.
If not then just send a replacement. That is good customer service in my opinion .
