got fish in dead. ups went to side door as i went to front door.

he handed me fish but had put in system left under carport. opened fish and all were dead. they blocked me and will not refund me my money. emailed and called them as soon as ups left and right from get go they said they were sorry they will not issue refund.

called ups to see why they had put in left under carport and they got intouch with the driver and he said he had already put in system left on carport before he saw me. this is rediculous

I didn't like: Customer service, Quality of fish came in dead in nasty stinking water.
